Atlas Aotearoa Activity Book 3e contains a range of interesting self-contained classroom activities which will develop students' abilities to interpret visual information. Each activity is related to one or more of the maps in Atlas Aotearoa 3e and focuses on one or other of the two essential social studies skills - numeracy and information. Through active involvement, students will be able to extend their knowledge of New Zealand and the World and also learn some of the skills basic to all the social sciences. An outline map of New Zealand and also one of the World is included at the back of the book. This, and all the activities, may be photocopied for classroom use. Answers are also provided.
