Karen DePauw is currently Vice Provost for Graduate Studies and Dean of the Graduate School at Virginia Tech University. She has been actively involved with disability sport since 1981 and has served on the United States Olympic Committee on Sports for the Disabled for over 12 years. Susan Gavron has nearly 30 years of experience working with individuals with disabilities, including work as a volunteer for the Special Olympics.
