Schools and educational establishments will be invoiced on account to meet their particular needs with payment due 20th month following invoice. Other clients can arrange payment by cheque, bank transfer or credit card by supplying details via email, fax or phone. Upon creating a customer login on our website you will be able to purchase via Credit Card should you so choose.

 

Availability

 

The titles made available in our web-store are titles that are currently available from publishers in New Zealand, Australia or elsewhere in the world. Please be aware that at any given time delays in delivery may occur due to the origin of the titles. Because we hold no stock NZ distributors advise us delivery within 5-7 days. Titles distributed out of Australia may take up to 2 weeks. Titles imported elsewhere, will usually take 4-6 weeks for delivery. Sometimes it does take longer and we will inform you of delays.

 

GST

 

All prices are GST inclusive unless otherwise stated. Because we carry a large number of titles in our webstore and due to the nature of the industry, please be aware that some books on this site may be out of print and unavailable at the time you order them. If this is the case we will let you know immediately.

 

Ownership

 

The goods remain the property of BookendS™ until paid in full.

 

Privacy

 

At no time and under no circumstance will any information provided to BookendS™ through this website or any other means be shared with anyone outside BookendS™.

 

Returns

 

BookendS™ offers all our books on a firm sale basis only so please choose carefully or ask our advice. We can only accept returns for the following reasons: The goods supplied are damaged or faulty prior to delivery. The goods are supplied incorrectly. The goods supplied vary from their description on the website. Any claims for shortages, damaged or mis-bound books should be made within 7 days of receipt. Any books to be returned must be done so with 7 days of agreement to return and be in saleable condition for a refund to apply. Only mis-bound books will be accepted for replacement once books have been covered, stamped with school identification, or marked in any way by the School.
